Launch copy that’ll make your dream students say, “This speaks to my soul. How do I enroll?”

Hit your launch goals with copy that shows you care about the person on the other side of your promotions — without sacrificing any more of your time.

With a few launches under your belt, you’re ready for more enrollment and revenue.

The only problem, writing just one promotional email takes you hours.

Sure, you could power through and write your own copy yourself, but you’d also have to sacrifice your time. And with a business to run, a family to care for, and a few Love Is Blind episodes to catch up on, you’re just not sure how to get it all done.
Not only that, but you know there’s a disconnect with your current launch copy.

It works…you have the students to prove that it does.

But you’re realizing that some of those students aren’t a great fit for you and the community you’re trying to create. Almost to the point that you dread showing up on calls and inside your Facebook group.

So, how can you fill your course with dream students (and lots of ‘em)?

By launching with copy that…

>> Highlights your brand values. So that you attract students who are a dream to work with and add positive energy to your community. And when you can speak from the heart, you’ll feel more confident with your promotions.

>> Captures the voice of your dream students. Messaging that is easy to understand and clearly communicates the value that matters most to your students is the best way to boost your launch enrollment.

>> Leads to success. When your messaging can support your students as they work through the buying process, they’ll have a better understanding of why they need your offer – and why they need it now.

Because the truth is, your audience isn’t buying your offer…

…they’re buying YOU.

Your expertise. Your guidance. Your support.

And it’s my job to write copy that highlights why you are worth investing in — time and again.

I’m Stephanie.

As a copywriter and launch strategist, writing copy that sounds like you, aligns with your values, and turns a nice profit is what I do. Just take a look at what I’ve done for some of my past clients:

>> Almost 200 new students during a single launch

>> Over $30k in revenue from a lower ticket course offer

>> Making over $3k from a 5-day challenge

>> Over 800 registrants for a pre-launch webinar

But I know that profit isn’t the only reason you want your launch to be successful.

You created your offer to help others. And it’s the experience of working with new students, helping them reach their goals, and then witnessing how they use that newfound success to help others that you just can’t get enough of.

So, let’s get to work on your launch copy!

Before working with Stephanie, I wanted to be consistent and nurture my email list, but every email took me hours to write! And with my upcoming launches, I already felt stressed just thinking about all the moving parts when it comes to email and social media marketing!

Ultimately, it cost me a lot of time and energy working on those things that I could have used for things that were in my zone of genius! With Stephanie’s help, I could actually get excited about my own launch instead of stressing about every little detail! I knew everything was taken care of, I was able to be consistent in nurturing and staying connected with my audience, while actually having time to work in my zone of genius!

Here’s how I’ll craft the right words for your launch:

Audience Research

I’ll read through testimonials and get on a few Zoom calls to uncover the fears, desires, hesitations, and objections that are specific to your audience. With this knowledge at my fingertips, I can help you create pre-launch content, a solid launch strategy, and copy that’s so compelling your dream students will have a hard time saying “no.”

Voice Capturing

A big concern for so many of my clients – how will the words you write sound like me?! First, I listen to your videos, read through your content, and ask for explanations that highlight the way you speak to your audience. When I’m writing, I use that same language to expand on ideas or make points in the copy. You’ll also have the chance to put your own spin on my words during the revision process.

Offer Overview

Words alone can’t sell an offer that isn’t perfect for your students. Using the data from my audience research, I’ll make sure your offer inclusions and the delivery of your content will help your students achieve success. This data will also help with deciding if a webinar, challenge, or simple launch is the way you need to go.

ONE: Copy Chat

We’ll start out with a quick 30-minute Zoom call to make sure we’re a good fit to work together. This is also when you’ll share your vision for your launch and I’ll answer any questions you have about working with a copywriter to bring that vision to life.

TWO: Client Briefing Call

Once you’ve accepted the project proposal and made your first launch payment, you’ll receive a welcome email and link to book your briefing call. This is our time to chat about specific launch plans, your offer, tone of voice, ideal students, and more. Your answers will be stored in a briefing doc which will help me as I’m writing.

THREE: Audience Research

Every project starts with a little research on your ideal students. I do this by reviewing testimonials, browsing feedback forms, and even conducting 1:1 interviews (if you’re ok with that). All research will be stored in a Research Report that I’ll share with you – along with a video explaining how you can use this information to create content leading up to your launch.

FOUR: Planning & Writing

Once the research is complete, it’s time to start writing. All launch projects are broken down into stages to make the writing, delivery, and revision process a little easier on you. We’ll nail down those stages and delivery time frames for your project during the client briefing call.

FIVE: Revision Process

Once the first draft of each stage is written, I’ll send the Google Doc over so you can read through your copy and leave comments with your revision suggestions. I’ll also provide a video walkthrough of your copy so you understand why each line is written the way that it is. Two rounds of revisions are included in every launch project.

SIX: Project Delivery

Once you approve of all edits to your copy, I’ll send it off to get a professional proofreading treatment. They’ll send it back to me for one final review and then I’ll release the copy to you so you can start working on design, scheduling, etc. Once your launch is underway, you can reach out with any questions or copy updates you might need at that time.

Let’s talk payment plans…

To make things a little easier on your bank account, I do offer payment plans for all done-for-you projects. The project total is split into 3 equal payments. Payment one is due on acceptance of your proposal, and the subsequent payments are due the first week of the following months.

I also offer extended payment plans if you need a bit more time to pay. No shame if you do

If you prefer to pay in full, I won’t say no to that! 😂

How long does it take to complete a project?

You can expect a Done-For-You project to take anywhere from 2-3 months, start to finish. This includes time for all research, writing, and revisions. To make sure your project is complete and you’ll have time to get your copy ready for your launch, I suggest booking your project at least 4 months before your planned cart open day.

Don’t see a package that fits your needs?

Maybe you only need my help with one or two things for now. That’s cool! We can discuss your needs during a Copy Chat and I’ll create a package option that’s just for you.

Ok, how can I get my project started?

I like to start each project with a Copy Chat so we can decide if we’re a good fit to work together. Plus, I want to make sure you’re 100% confident that a done-for-you launch project is the way to go. If you don’t see a time below that works for you, send an email to stephanie@stephanie-tilton.com and I’ll work something out.

Can’t wait to chat!
